The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for paid engagements are set out in a separate written agreement or order between you and AutoTidder.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Do not use the Services to publish content that is false, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services involve activity on third-party platforms, including Reddit. You are responsible for ensuring that your requested activity complies with those platforms’ rules and policies. AutoTidder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc., and we are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including content removal or account restrictions.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any materials, approvals, or access we reasonably need to deliver the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of brand claims and for ensuring you hold the rights to any materials you provide to us.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for paid Services are described in your separate agreement or order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website are owned by AutoTidder or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Ownership of deliverables created for paid engagements is governed by your separate agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, including rankings, traffic, upvotes, conversions, or revenue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoTidder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoTidder and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your materials, or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which AutoTidder operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
